WhatsApp introduces new chat filters: Here's how it works
How to Filter WhatsApp Chat: WhatsApp, owned by Meta, has been rolling out several features for its millions of users across the globe. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently announced 'Chat Filters' to make it easier for users to organise chats from groups and individuals.
Get Messages Fast
As more and more people are using this platform, it is increasingly important to get to your messages fast.
Three Filters
Now users can choose between three filters - All, Unread, Groups. This can be selected with just a tap.
Where To Find Filters
These filters will appear at the top of your chat list on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Filter - All
This is the default view of all your messages on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Filter - Unread
It shows messages that are either marked by you as unread or haven’t been opened yet, so you can prioritize your responses.
WhatsApp Filter - Groups
All your group chats will be organized in one place, making it easier to find your favourite ones. This will also show subgroups of Communities.
Feature Now Available
The feature has started to roll out to users and will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
