The State Bank of India (SBI) has revised service charges for ATM cash withdrawals and bank branches cash withdrawals.
The State Bank of India (SBI) has revised service charges for ATM cash withdrawals and bank branches cash withdrawals. Apart from this, the bank has also made an upward revision in the cheque book, transfer, and other non-financial transactions.
The bank has mentioned this information on its website. These additional value-added services will be applicable from July 1, 2021 and will be applicable to Basic Savings Bank Deposit (BSBD) account holders.

New Cash withdrawal Charges
SBI has informed on its website that at branches, the charges will be recovered beyond 4 free cash withdrawal transactions (including at Branch and ATM). The bank will apply a fee of Rs 15 plus GST per cash withdrawal transaction at Branch Channel/ATM.
At ATMs, the charges will be recovered beyond 4 free cash withdrawal transactions (including at ATM and Branch). The bank will apply a fee of Rs 15 plus GST per cash withdrawal transaction at SBI ATMs and other bank's ATMs.
New Cheque book Charges
For Cheque Book, the first 10 cheque leaves will be free in a financial year. Thereafter, 10 leaf cheque Book will be charged at Rs 40 plus GST. And for 25 leaf cheque Book, an amount of Rs 75 plus GST will be charged. Again for the emergency cheque book, an amount of Rs 50 plus GST for 10 leaves or part will be applicable.
However, Senior Citizen customers are exempted from these charges.
