IT Major LTIMindtree has announced a final dividend of Rs 45 or 4500 per cent per equity share of face value of Re 1 each.

India's leading car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has recommended a final dividend of Rs 125 per equity share or 2500 per cent for the financial year 2023-24. The date of payment of dividend is September 3, 2024.

Hindustan Unilever has recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share for FY24 with a face value of Rs 1 i.e. 2400 per cent dividend.

Supreme Industries Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs 22 or 1100 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each.

HCLTech has announced an interim dividend of Rs 18 or 900 per cent per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each. The record date for this corporate action has been fixed as May 7.

Tata Consumer Products Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs 7.75 per equity share of Re 1 each (775 per cent) for the financial year 2023-24.

"The Dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing 61st Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dispatched (subject to deduction of tax at source) after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration," the company said in an exchange filing.
