Mercedes Benz EQB: Luxury EV launched in India: Check price, features and other details | PHOTO

The company has launched the fully electric EV EQB at a price of Rs 74.5 lakh.

The newly launched car has 26 cm (10.25") touch display. It also has an MBUX Multimedia system, voice controller, pre-entry climate control and more.

The new luxury SUV takes just 32 mins for a 10-80% full charge using a DC fast charging station with a supply voltage of 400 V and minimum current of 300 A.

With powerful electric motors and high-voltage lithium-ion battery, the EQB claims to deliver power of 168 kW and 390 Nm at rpm. According to the official website, the EV claims to cover a range of upto 418 kms on a single charge. The car can go from 0-100km/hr in just 8 seconds.

In terms of safety, the car is equipped with active brake assist, active lane-keeping assist, blind spot assist, parking package with reversing camera, active parking assist with PARKTRONIC, tyre pressure monitor, knee airbag and much more.

According to PTI, "The launch of the EQB is also a significant step towards our vision of transitioning to a climate-neutral fleet gradually, with four luxury EVs in the Mercedes-Benz India portfolio," Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director & CEO Martin Schwenk said.
