Electrical appliance maker Havells has renewed commercial paper worth of Rs 150 crore in favour of UTI Mutual Fund for 91 days.
"Havells India Ltd has renewed the commercial paper issued to UTI Mutual Fund for an amount of Rs 150 crore for a period of 91 days at 6.23 per cent," Havells said in a regulatory filing today.
Commercial paper is an unsecured debt instrument issued normally for meeting short-term liabilities.
Havells India stock was trading 0.90 per cent lower at Rs 489.30 on the NSE today.
