The next big screen adventure of the webslinger now has a name as per a report by The Hollywood Reporter. Since the release of the second Spider-Man film, there has been a lot of buzz and excitement among the fans about the third installment. There was also a huge turmoil between Disney and Sony on the future of the character. Moreover, the feud between the two production companies signaled the exit of Spidey from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

However, after things settled down between the two companies, there has been a lot of hype among the fans all over the world about the third Spider-Man film, especially after the cliffhanger ending in the superhero's previous outing.

Finally, the name for the the third outing of the Spidey has been revealed through a video posted on twitter from the official handle of Sony Pictures. In the video, on-screen Spider-Man Tom Holland is spotted with his co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon. In the end, the name of the next Spiderman movie is revealed as 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'.

 

The upcoming Spider-Man film is definitely going to be a treat for the Spidey fans as Benedict Cumberbatch alias Doctor Strange is set to feature in the film to unite the different generations of Spiderman movies as per The Hollywood Reporter report.

Alfred Molina who played the role of the antagonist, Doctor Octopus in the Spider-Man 2 film starring Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man is also set to return for this film. Jamie Foxx, playing Electro, the villain in 2014's The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which starred Andrew Garfield, will also return for 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. Furthermore, the title has triggered anticipation of multiverse among the Spidey fans.

Jon Watts who directed the first two Spider-Man films, 'Spiderman: Homecoming' and 'Spider-Man: Far from Home', will return as the director for Spidey's upcoming adventure.

Sony and Marvel Studios have slated the next Spider-Man installment to release on December 17, 2021.

It will be spectacular to see how Spidey finds a way out of the crisis.
