How Indian eggs gained prime spot in exports as countries face increased food inflation

Eggs were sold in bulk last year at a price of around Rs 450 per hundred. However, its prices touched the level of Rs 630 per hundred in Jan. Meanwhile, the demand for export of eggs from India has suddenly increased and a record 50 million eggs are expected to be exported this month.
