Gold crosses â,¹48,000 in domestic market; price reaches a high of 2 months

In view of the sharp rise in the international market and a weak dollar, a day before Dussehra, the price of gold in the Mumbai bullion market rose by Rs 638 to Rs 48,125 per 10 grams on October 14 for the eighth consecutive day. Gold prices reached the high of 2 months.
