Desh Ki Baat: Is Congress not ready to learn lessons from defeat?

In the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls, Congress along with other opposition parties suffered defeat. However, Congress party is yet to learn lessons from its defeat, the reason, it has not only blamed EVMs (electronic voting machines) but has also hit out at ruling party BJP for adopting tricks to woo the electorate.
