UEFA Champions League Semi-Finals 2023, Inter Milan vs AC Milan 2nd Leg Review: The result of the 2nd leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final between Inter Milan and AC Milan was already speculated by most fans. Inter Milan defeated AC Milan 1-0 in the match. The lead was given by Inter's captain, Lautaro Martínez, who fired the ball off a pass from Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku in the 74th minute.

They won 3-0 in aggregate against Milan across both legs. The match was played at San Siro, which is the home ground for both teams. Inter Milan was designated as the home team on Wednesday.

Inter finally earned their place in the Champions League final after 13 years. The last time they went into the final, they were able to lift the trophy, back in 2010.

AC Milan started the match by dominating the attack in the first half, with a few counters coming from the Inter squad. Milan's Theo Hernández tried to make a difference by going for a spectacular outside the box, but failed. Brahmin Diaz and Rafael Leao came close to scoring, but Inter's goalkeeper Onana denied both of them by making some good saves.

Inter also replied by troubling Milan's goalkeeper a few times. A header from a free kick by Edin Dzeko was stopped by Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan, who made a great reactive save. Both teams have equally dominated the game in the first half. 

In the second half, Milan started to get into the game, creating a few chances but with no luck. Inter took advantage in the 74th minute with an attack started by Lukaku, who ended up assisting Lautaro. Lautaro fired the ball towards the near post, and Maignan had no chance of saving the goal. Throughout the game, both teams indulged in a lot of dirty tackles and fouls against the opposition. Things got intense when Milan's Krunić fouled Inter's Çalhanoğlu and it started a little fight in the match.

Inter Milan will play in the UEFA Champions League Final against the winner of the Real Madrid vs. Manchester City match, which will be played on Thursday, May 18th, at 12:30 AM. Inter Milan will meet the winner at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul on June 11th for the final.
