Western Australia XI vs India T20 WC Warm Up Match: India beat Western Australia by 13 runs in their first warm-up match before the T20 World Cup 2022. The Indian team travelled to Perth's WACA stadium, to face Western Australia XI in the practice match that began at 11am IST on Monday.

At the halfway mark in their innings, Team India were 73/3 with Suryakumar Yadav batting at 24 (15) and Hardik Pandya on 14 (11).

Suryakumar Yadav continued his blistering form, and top-scored for India. When he departed for 52, India were 129/5 after 17 overs.

India will play the first match of their T20 World Cup campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan on October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), followed by matches on October 27 (against the first qualifier side at SCG), October 30 (against South Africa at Perth Stadium), November 2 (against Bangladesh at Adelaide Oval) and November 6 (against second qualifier side at MCG).
