Lok Sabha elections 2024: As election campaign for the first phase of Lok Sabha polls 2024 ended on Wednesday, April 17, the constituencies going into polls on Friday, April 19, are now in a "silent period" before the start of voting.
The first phase of the polls will be conducted across 102 Lok Sabha constituencies in 21 states and union territories, and polling officials and security personnel are gearing themselves up for a smooth voting process.
