Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) manifesto release date, Lok Sabha Elections 2024: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its election manifesto, titled 'Sankalp Patra' at its headquarters in the national capital on Sunday, April 14, ahead of the high octane 2024 Lok Sabha polls due this month. The much-anticipated event had several leaders of the BJP in attendance, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, party president JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

PM Modi said the BJP has delivered on each and every promise over the past 10 years, after handing over copies of the manifesto to the representatives of the four broad groups, Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata and Naari Shakti (GYAN), that have benefitted from the government's schemes.

The BJP's 27-member manifesto committee is chaired by Defence Minister and former BJP chief Rajnath Singh, with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Union Minister Piyush Goyal as the convenor and the co-convenor, respectively. Arjun Munda, Bhupender Yadav, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Kiren Rijiju, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Vasundhara Raje, Smriti Irani, Sushil Modi, Keshav Prasad Maurya, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Dharmendra Pradhan, and Bhupender Patel are among the members of the panel.
