Directed by Karan Johar, the film is about an Indian Muslim man with Asperger's syndrome, a form of Autism Spectrum Disorder who takes a challenge to speak to the President of the

United States seriously and embarks on a cross-country journey. Written by Shibani Bathija, the 2010 film also stars Kajol in a key role.

Tamasha

The 2015 released film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, follows the journey of the protagonist, Ved who has lost his edge in trying to follow acceptable conventions of society.

The film is based on the central theme of abrasion and loss of self that happens in an attempt to find oneself.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film also stars stars  Arushi Sharma. The protagonist in the film played by Ranbir Kapoor suffers from a borderline personality disorder.

Anjana Anjanni

The 2010 romantic film, starring Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor as main leads, follow the story of the protagonists who after numerous attempts at suicide fail, decide to live it up, then kill themselves on New Year's Day.

The film is directed by Siddharth Anand. Ranbir’s character in the film has acute stress disorder after he gets bankrupt, while Priyanka Chopra's character is saddened after she gets cheated by her fiancée.
