The 15th edition of Asia Cup will be played between August 27 and September 11. A total of 6 teams will battle it out against each other for the trophy. Pakistan, batting first, added 162 runs to the scoreboard as Kedar Jadhav and Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked three wickets each during the match. Rohit Sharma's 52 and Shikhar Dhawan's 46 guided India to register an easy win.

2016: India beat Pakistan by 5 wickets

India in 2016 won the game against Pakistan by 5 wickets and with 27 balls remaining. It was Virat Kohli's 49 off 51 that cemented India's position after initial dismissal of openers Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane. Pakistan, batting first, was bundled out for mere 83 runs in T20 format of the tournament in Mirpur.

2012: India beat Pakistan by 6 wickets

India thrashed Pakistan by 6 wickets in the game which was played in Bangladesh. Virat Kohli's fantastic 183 off 148 balls, a score that remains his best in ODIs to date,  helped India to chase 329 runs that Pakistan had added batting first. Pakistan's Mohammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed had scored tons Kohli's blistering knock aided India’s victory. He had smashed 22 fours and one six to help India win the game by 6 wickets and 13 balls remaining.

2010: India beat Pakistan by 3 wickets

This India-Pakistan 2010 Asia Cup match is well-remembered for the Harbhajan Singh and Shoaib Akhtar clash. The duo had some verbal exchange before Harbhajan slammed Mohammad Amir for a six that eventually helped the side register a thrilling win.

Batting first, Pakistan batter Salman Butt's 74 took the side to 267. In reply, Gautam Gambhir's 83 and MS Dhoni's 56 guided India to register a 3-wicket win.
