Ganga Dussehra 2023: Ganga Dussehra is one of the most celebrated Hindu festivals and is observed to commemorate the descent of the flow of the Ganges to the earth. Ganga Dussehra is celebrated with a lot of pomp and show in Varanasi. On the day of Ganga Dussehra devotees take holy dip in the Ganga river. It is believed that sacred water purifies the soul and wash away their sins. This year Ganga Dussehra is being celebrated on May 31.
