Prabhas’ Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire has been trending for all the right reasons. The teaser was released by the makers on Thursday. Fans, including us, can’t keep calm. The teaser gives a glimpse of Prabhas’s portrayal of a Rebel star. The 1 minute and 45 second teaser could only show the actor’s action sequences from behind. However, in the teaser, Tinu Anand is narrating a story that is related to Prabhas. He shares details about a “land" with Lion, tiger, cheetah, elephant" that is "very dangerous but not in Jurassic Park, because in that park, there is a..."

Salaar Part 1- Ceasefire  — directed by Prashanth Neel — also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan and Tinu Anand.

 

 

While some compared it to Yash’s KGF, a section of the audience screamed Animal. Yes, we are talking about Ranbir Kapoor.  Reason? Ranbir’s pre-teaser video ticked all the boxes. We get a glimpse of Ranbir's no-nonsense avatar. His all-white look set our screens on fire. It was released on June 11. Animal has been directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

 

 

A user said, “Reminded one of the Old Boy fight sequences.”

On the other hand, after the release of the Salaar teaser yesterday, fans seemed to be disheartened by the repetitive theme of the movie.

A Twitter user called it a disappointment and said, “We expected at least his looks. Same KGF shots and below-par BGM. Not upto the hype. If you are planning something big this timing is ok bcz this teaser is not worth waiting for and totally scrap.”

 

 

 

Are Animal and Salaar similar?

If we talk about the genre, then yes. Both films are action entertainers and are headlined by the biggest names -- Ranbir Kapoor and Prabhas -- in the film industry. But for the final outcome, we will have to stay calm and wait for the films to hit the theatres. 

Animal is slated to release on August 11. Whereas, Prabhas’ Salaar will be open to theatres more than a month later on September 28.
