Animal vs Sam Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 9: 'Animal' continues to set records as it racked up Rs 34.74 crore across all languages in India on the ninth day of the movie release. It had already breached the Rs 600 crore mark on Friday, December 8, in overall collection and has earned Rs 395.27 crore in India alone. Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer movie 'Animal' is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. It hit theatres on Friday, December 1. So far, it has earned a total of 660 crore worldwide and grossed Rs 470.50 crore in India, according to data shared by Sacnilk on Saturday.

The official release clashed with Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur', but it seems that Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' has been enjoying the upper hand at the box office for the ninth day straight.

'Sam Bahadur' only earned Rs 6.75 crore at the domestic box office on Day 9 (Saturday, December 9). With this, the overall collection of the biographical drama film reached Rs 66.40 crore worldwide and grossed Rs 57.90 crore in India, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.

The weekend has helped both films increase the collection rate by 51.37% for 'Animal' and 92.86% for 'Sam Bahadur' compared to their Day 8 collections.
