Dunki advance booking: Story

Dunki is about a man and his group of pals who desire to travel to London in search of better financial prospects for their family. The film explores the emotions associated with being away from home and the difficulties encountered when crossing borders illegally as an immigrant. SRK mentioned the same plot in his most recent media statement and said, 'Love Story That Spans Ages...'The actor stated that Dunki is unlike any other film he has worked on. He termed it a love story, but not the kind he's known for.

In a statement, he said, "Dunki is a ‘love story that spans ages’. He further said, “When we finished the film and saw it for the first time, we felt that Raju sir made a love story that spans ages. It is a very touching film. It deals with love for the motherland. There is a bit of action in Dunki, which was not present in Raju Hirani’s previous films. There are many sequences in the film which are very new to me.”
