Although Adipurush had a blockbuster opening weekend at the domestic ticket windows, the weekday collections have significantly plunged. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Adipurush had collected Rs 10 crore across all languages on Day 5. But, the film earned just Rs 7.5 crore nett on Day 6 of its release.

Production house T-Series, which has bankrolled the movie, on Thursday said that the mythological drama minted Rs 410 crore at the worldwide box office.

Meanwhile, the makers have reduced the ticket price to Rs 150 for 3D viewing. However, the filmgoers will have to pay for the 3D glasses at theatres. The ticket rate won’t be applicable in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

The edited version of Adipurush is now available in the theatres. It remains to be seen if this move is able to salvage the film’s business in the coming days.

Adipurush features superstar Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Sunny Singh as Lakshman. Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has portrayed the role of Ravana in the film while Devdatta Nage is playing Lord Hanuman.
