Xiaomi's smartphone are most preferred android handset among India, on the back of its good camera, low-budget price and amazing features. The company has been aggresively introducing new phones in its two brand namely Redmi and Mi since start of 2018. And with latest news, looks like there is no stopping to Xiaomi, as the company's two new smartphone Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite have been spotted online ahead of launch in July 24. The Mi A2 is a successor of Mi A1, however, it is also seen as a rebranded version of Mi 6X which was launched earlier this year in China. According to a Portugal retail website, the Xiomo Mi A2 was spotted alongside another Xiaomi smartphone dubbed Mi A2 Lite.

According to a BGR report, slashleaks was quick enough to spot the images that give us a good look of both the front and back of the smartphones. Both smartphones feature the same design, but the Mi A2 Lite comes with a notch display, while the Mi A2 sticks to the taller 18:9 display.

Xiaomi's Mi A2 will be available in three variants and they are 4GB Ram with 64 GB storage and will be priced around Rs 16,900 (CNY 1,599), 6GB Ram with 64 GB storage and will be priced around Rs 19,000 (CNY 1,799) and the third model which is going to be the top variant of the model will come with 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, it will be priced around Rs 21,000 (CNY 1,999). 

The Mi A2 is expected to have a  5.99-inch with 18:9 aspect ration, 1080 x 2160 full HD+ resolution with a pixel density of 403 pixels per inch and 1500:1 static contrast ratio. The display also provides certain features like Night Mode, Standard mode, Eye Mode, and colour temperature adjustment support.

It will be powered by Octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC, with the aforementioned RAM and storage options. 

As for camera, it has a dual-camera setup on the back with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor. It carried a 20-megapixel front or selfie camera. Xiaomi says the AI support will help in taking the best photographs, along with features such as text-translation, currency conversion and more. 

The battery life is good at 3010 mAH and traditionally it holds on to the IR emitter.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi A2 Lite is expected to have a 5.84-inch Full HD+ display, with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Powered by a Snapdragon 625 SoC, the phone has a 12-megapixel sensor, working alongside a 5-megapixel sensor. It will be available in  two variants of 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Battery life is seen at 4,000mAh battery, and run stock Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
