Xiaomi is set to launch its only Android One smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi A2. The Chinese phone-maker has already started teasing the launch of the smartphone on Twitter. The Global launch event of Mi A2 is scheduled for July 24 in Spain. The 4GB/32GB variant of the Mi A2 is expected to be priced around Rs 16,999, while the high-end variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be priced at Rs 19,999.

Xiaomi Mi A2 Specifications and Features
Reports indicate that Mi A2 is likely to sport a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display on the front with 18:9 aspect ratio and is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. The phone supports up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is likely to run stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. 

However, the Xiaomi Mi A1 have a delayed software update. According to the customers, Xiaomi Mi A1 which is an Android One handset which is supposed to receive software updates on time, but that didn’t happen. Mi A2 is expected to excite the customers with its specifications.

The Mi A2 Lite is also expected to be launched by Xiaomi. Mi A2 lite is expected to be the revamped version of the Redmi 6 Pro, which was launched in China, last month. Redmi 6 Pro is the first Redmi smartphone to have a notched display. Redmi 6 Pro comes with Snapdragon 625 SoC and the Mi A2 Lite is also expected to run on Snapdragon 625 chipset.

Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite are expected to be launched later this year in India.
