Xiaomi today has announced an all new colour variant in the Redmi K20 flagship series, Pearl White. The Pearl White colour variant will extend the gamut which initially had three colour variants - Carbon Black, Flame Red and Glacier Blue. With the Aura Prime design language, the Redmi K20 series is a mere 8.8 mm thick, with each colour variant bringing its own essence.

With a beautiful white glass finish and a gold aluminium frame, the Pearl White colour variant is set to catch the fancy of a completely new set of smartphone users that believe in minimalism. Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro will be available in Pearl White variant starting 12 noon today, i.e., 4th September, across Mi.com, Flipkart and Mi Home stores at existing prices.

The Redmi K20 price in India starts at Rs 21,999 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model will cost you Rs 23,999. Meanwhile, the Redmi K20 Pro can be purchased for Rs 27,999 with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The top-end variant that comes with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option, is priced at Rs 30,999. 

Both the smartphones feature a 6.39-inch AMOLED full-HD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91.9 percent screen-to-body ratio. The Redmi K20 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC while the K20 Pro comes with a more powerful octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. 

Redmi K20 and K20 Pro get a triple rear camera at the back with a 48-megapixel primary Sony IMX582 sensor paired with a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens and an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor. For selfies, you get a 20-megapixel pop-up selfie camera.

Also both the Redmi smartphones are kept alive by a beefy 4,000mAh battery. For K20, it is supported by 18W fast charging tech while for K20 Pro, you get  27W fast charging. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor for security purpose.
