The latest Android phone by Xiaomi, the Mi A3, will go on sale again in India at 12 pm IST via Mi.com, Amazon, and the authorised Mi Home Stores across the country. Launched on August 21 in the country, the phone comes with triple rear cameras, a Super AMOLED display, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Just like most of its phones, Xiaomi has priced the Mi A3 aggressively at Rs 12,999 for the base variant that comes with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage while the other variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage comes at Rs 15,999.

The phone was launched in three colour options - "Not Just Blue", "More Than White", and "Kind of Gray". As part of launch offers, the customers can get Rs 750 cashback if the purchase is made using an HDFC Bank credit card, while an additional Rs 250 will be taken off for EMI transactions. Apart from this, Airtel customers can also get double data and unlimited calling benefits with the Rs 249 prepaid recharge.

The smartphone comes with a 6.08-inch HD+ (720x1560 pixels) Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and is powered by the Snapdragon 665 SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. For optics, the phone sports a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture, accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 118-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 32-megapixel front camera to handle selfies and video calls.

It packs a 4,030mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C, IR Blaster, etc. Xiaomi has also brought back the 3.5mm jack after getting complaints from Mi fans. 

Mi A3 is also part of Google’s Android One Program which means that it will likely be amongst the first devices to get Android Q when it is released.
