Xiaomi Mi 6X launch in China: Xiaomi has again launched another model in it’s Mi-series, with the launch of Mi 6X in China on Wednesday. The Mi 6X is the successor of Mi 5X of last year. Currently the Mi 6X launch is live in China and one can get latest update from the company’s China website. The livestream event began from 11:30 am for India, and the event has taken place in the city of Wuhan in China. Lei Jun Xiaomi’s CEO has unveiled the phone.

The new Mi 6X will be packed in four colors namely blue,  rose gold (which looks really pink to be honest) red, gold and a black coloured option. Mi 6X will come in three variant. The 4GB with 64GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1599, while 6GB with 64GB variant will be available at CNY 1799 and lastly 6GB with 128GB storage variant is valued at CNY 1999. 

Further, the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. Also it will be packed with a vertical 20MP+12MP camera on the back and a 20MP front camera. Mi 6X battery life will be 3010 mAh with Quick Charge 3.0 which would mean the phone will be charged 50% in just 30 minutes. 

Speakers are feeded at the bottom of Mi 6X. Also it will have a Type C USB port. 

Going ahead, the design of the Mi 6X smartphone is  7.3mm in thickness, weighing 166 grams and having a 5.99 inch display. 

Apart from this, Mi 6X also comes with a face unlock feature. This has become very common among smartphone maker currently. 

Mi 6X largest variant will compete against Oppo R15, Vivo X21 and Huawei P20.
