According to wabetainfo.com, if a user receives multiple voice messages from a contact, then WhatsApp will play these messages consecutively. The user will not have to click the play button for every single voice message, the app will automatically play the voice notes continuously.

To get the consecutive voice message feature, the user needs to have 2.19.86 beta update.

To cross verify the feature, you can ask your friend to send voice messages and tap on the first one and see whether the feature has been enabled for you or not.

This new update also brings the Picture in Picture (PiP) improvements. This feature will allow switching chat without closing the video. The improved picture-in-picture mode will allow a user to navigate between chats while a video is being played. Notably, picture-in-picture does not allow exit the chats while the functionality is running.

This new Picture in Picture (PiP) feature is also under development in the 2.19.86 beta update. This feature will be available for Android 8 and newer in future.
