As per the website, after installing this update, more users will be able to create Channels. To check whether this feature is already available on your account, tap the second plus button in the Updates tab.

It's important to note that WhatsApp is gradually releasing this new feature. This indicates that the feature will not be immediately accessible to every user, even if it’s widely rolled out in recent versions. It may still take some more time before it becomes available to everyone.

According to WABetaInfo, some users may not see this feature on their account as they will receive it over the upcoming weeks, even though it has not been mentioned in the official changelog.

The website suggests that to stay up-to-date, make sure to regularly update WhatsApp from the App Store and the TestFlight app. This way, users can get access to this feature in the future if they did not get it after installing this update.

iOS users who install the latest WhatsApp update from the App Store can now access this feature for Channels creation.
