Most youngsters have access to several video calling apps, allowing them to fill the void in some way. But, there are many others who are not so tech savvy. The easiest way for them to make video calls and stay connected through the virtual world is by WhatsApp.

The instant messaging platform allows you make audio-only or video group call with up to four people. Unlike Zoom, it also claims to offer end-to-end encryption. The platform is available for both iOS and Android, so you can easily chat with or call people even if you don’t all have the same kind of phone.

How to make WhatsApp group video calls?

- Open any WhatsApp group where you want to make the video call.

- In the chat window, you will find a plus sign in the top-right corner.

- Click on that button.

- It will show you the names of all the members in the group.

- Select everyone you want to make a part of the video call.

- Tap on the video button to start the video call.

You can also click on the phone button to initiate an audio-only call. However, WhatsApp doesn’t allow you to switch between the two during an ongoing call. So, once you start a video call, you will have to end it before starting an audio-only call.
