In a bid to give tough competition to Xiaomi, Lenovo and Huawei, China-based Gionee has launched eight new smartphones in one shot with price ranging between Rs 9,000 and Rs 43, 000.

If you are planning to buy a Gionee smartphone, here's a list of the new launches with price and other features.

Gionee S11 smartphone:

This phone, which has dual sim card facility, is expected to be launched soon in India somewhere between December 2017 - January, 2018. It is expected to come with  a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. It also runs Android 7.1 and is powered by a 3410mAh non-removable battery.

Powered by 2.5GHz Helio P23 processor, the Gionee S11 comes with 4GB of RAM, having 64 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

It is expected to offer 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 16-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

Gionee S11S:

Having most of the features of Gionee S11, the new Gionee S11S comes with extra battery power, RAM and touchscreen.

Priced at approximately CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs 32,300), Gionee S11S boasts a 6.01-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. Powered by 2.5GHz MediaTek Helio P30 processor, it has 6GB of RAM with 64 GB internal storage, which can be expanded to 128 GB.

Running on Android 7.1, this phone is powered by a 3600mAh non-removable battery. The Gionee S11S packs a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 20-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

Gionee M7 Plus:

Gionee M7 plus is priced in higher category of CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs 43,000) which comes with a 6.43-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels.

Powered by 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, the new device offers 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.

Camera facility is also good, as it offers 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. Battery power of this phone is high at 5000mAh non-removable and is powered by Android 7.1.

Gionee M7:

Gionee M7 smartphone has similar features like Gionee S11S in terms of touchscreen display, processor, RAM and internal storage. However, it can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.

In terms of camera, Gionee M7 offers 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. It runs on Android 7.1.1 and is powered by a 4000mAh non-removable battery.

Gionee F6: 

Unlike the above mentioned smartphones, Gionee F6 is priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs 12,700), and comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels.

Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, it comes with 3GB of RAM and has 32GB of internal storage which can be extended up to 128 GB. The phone offers 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

Battery power is also low at 2970mAh non-removable unit.

Gionee F205:

This device is cheaper at CNY 999 (roughly Rs 9,700) if compared to the other new Gionee launches. It is featured with a 5-inch TFT with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels at a pixel density of NA pixels per inch.

Also, powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6739 processor, this phone only offers 2 GB of RAM having 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 64 GB via a microSD card.

Main camera of Gionee F205 is at 8 MP shooter with Auto Focus, Face Detection, HDR, Panorama Mode, Geo-tagging, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Video Recording.

This smartphone is capable of shooting 5 MP selfies. With Android 7.1 OS, the new device boasts a high battery power at 3000 mAh.

Gionee M7 Mini:

Priced at CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs 13,700), the Gionee M7 mini comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels and Qualcomm Snapdragon 425, along with a 2GB of RAM.

Internal storage is up to 32GB which can extended up to  256GB via a microSD card. The new smartphone is featured with 8 megapixel each for both primary camera on the rear and front shooter for selfies.

With a power of 4000mAh non-removable battery, it runs on Android 7.1.

Gionee M7 Power:

This smartphone, which has already been launched in India at Rs 16,999, comes with 6.00-inch touchscreen displaying a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels.

Powered by by 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 MSM8940 processor, it comes with 4GB of RAM.

It has an internal memory storage of 64GB which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.

Gionee M7 Power packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

It runs on Android 7.1.1 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery.

All the above mentioned smartphones have dual sim with common features like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G.
