According to the leakster who goes by the Twitter handle iHacktu Pro (@ihacktu), the iPhone 12 and the Apple Watch Series 6 will be launching on September 8, 2020. Also, the upcoming iPad Pro, the Apple Glass, and the MacBooks rocking Apple's in0house chipsets will also be making an appearance on October 27.

The date makes some sense as Apple has been hosting its launch events in the first half of September over the last few years. The iPhone 11 series was launched last year on September 10 which was a Tuesday. This year, September 8 falls on Tuesday.

A recent report had further suggested that the Apple iPhone 12 is likely to come in different sizes. This year, we can see a 5.4-inch iPhone, a 6.7-inch iPhone and two 6.1-inch iPhones. The 5.4-inch variant will be smaller than the current iPhone 11 Pro, whereas, the 6.7-inch variant will be bigger than the iPhone11 Pro Max.

The new iPhone 12 is said to come with slightly larger camera lenses, thicker antenna lines, a smart Connector-like input, and a lower positioned power button. It is also being said that Apple will continue to use a lightning port on the iPhone 12.

The company is also expected to launch the much-awaited AirPower - the wireless charging power mat which was decommissioned last year for want of better. Apple had started re-working on the product and might just unveil it during the even. However, there is no confirmation on that.
