Vivo on Thursday opened its biggest flagship store in the country. The flagship store, opened in Ahmedabad, is spread across three floors with a retail area of over 7,000 sq ft. According to the company, the new experiential flagship store is envisaged to enhance the buying experience of the customers by providing a new and interactive environment.

Vivo said that the flagship store offers an all-in-one immersive experience with dedicated activity zones for product experiences, consumer engagement, premium services, accessories, IOT, gaming, etc.  

In addition to this, Vivo also opened one flagship store in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu this month. With this, Vivo India now has four flagship stores in the country including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. The company is now planning to build a network of 10 large-size experiential stores by 2024. Also, the brand has a robust network of 650 exclusive stores. 

These stores will feature:  

Consumer activity and photo zone: This zone will provide the customers with a chance to learn versatile ways of smartphone photography via the workshops, they will get to connect directly with Vivo management, and experience different USPs of the brand.

Product Experience Zone: The entire range of Vivo products will be displayed in this zone and will complement the overall store atmosphere. 

Accessory and IoT zone: The entire range of Vivo accessories will be displayed in this zone to complement the Vivo phone buying experience.

Service Center: A dedicated service zone where any Vivo buyer can walk in and avail of any repair or breakdown-related services.

Gaming experience zone: In this zone, consumers will get a chance to experience the Ultra Game Mode, wherein users can customize and tweak the settings of each game to improve their overall gaming experience and save battery life. These include the ability to selectively block calls, hide notifications, and more.
