The Sony PlayStation 5 is set to launch next month, at least in some parts of the world, if not India. The console maker had earlier confirmed that several of the PS4 games will be PS5 compatible which means users can continue to run them on next-gen gaming console without having to pay extra. However, it has now released a list of games which will not work on PS5.

Fortunately, the list includes only 10 games; however, given their popularity, it would be a setback for certain customers. Here are the games that will not work with PS 5:

DWVR

Afro Samurai 2

Revenge of Kuma Volume One

TT Isle of Man - Ride on the Edge 2

Just Deal With It

Shadow Complex Remastered

Robinson: The Journey

We Sing

Hitman Go: Definitive Edition

Shadwen

Joe's Diner

The PS5 price has been set at $499.99 and $399.99 for a version without a disk drive. The pricing announcement sets the stage for a year-end showdown between Xbox and PlayStation, as consumers continue to flock to gaming optimised consoles offering exclusive titles.  Starting November 12, customers in the U.S., Japan, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea will get hands on the latest gaming consoles from Sony first. The rest of the world including India will have to wait till November 19. There is still no word on the India pricing.

The PS4 competes with Microsoft’s X Box series. Microsoft announced that Xbox Series X would go on sale on Nov 10 priced at $499.99 with the less powerful Xbox Series S priced at $299.99, as Xbox bets that offering consumers choice will outweigh the risks run by launching two distinct devices at once.
