Samsung Galaxy M21 India launch has been confirmed for March 16. The smartphone will be launched at 12 noon on the mentioned date and will be sold online via Amazon India. The launch was confirmed by the e-commerce giant through a micro-site which also revealed few specifications and features of the smartphone. The highlights of the smartphone are a 48-megapixel rear camera and a 6000 mAh battery.

This is the second smartphone in the 'M' series to be launched in 2020. Last month, Samsung had launched the Galaxy M31 which packed a similar 6000 mAh battery. The teaser confirms a 48MP triple-camera setup on the back. The details of other two sensors have not been revealed yet. 

Samsung also confirmed a 20MP front camera on the Galaxy M21. The smartphone will have a Infinity-U display to house the front camera while the rear cameras will be placed inside a rectangular module. The price and other details of Galaxy M21 will be revealed on March 16 itself.

Samsung Galaxy M31 specs

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy M31 comes with a 6.40-inch Super AMOLED Display and is powered by Exynos 9611 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The smartphone runs Android 10 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery.

For optics, it packs a quad rear camera which comprises of a 64-megapixel primary camera, a second 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel depth camera and a 5-megapixel macro lens. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The smartphone was launched in Ocean Blue and Space Black colours.
