Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to launch its third and latest variant in its Note series Redmi Note 7S packing a 48-megapixel camera on May 20. The Note series has been a massive hit in India. Earlier this year, Xiaomi had launched the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro, which were a massive success. The company claims to have sold over 2 million units of smartphones since March.

Confirming the launch of  Redmi Note 7S, Xiaomi India MD Manu Kumar Jain tweeted, " The feeling when you get your hands on #RedmiNote7S.  I generally don't dress up like this, but posing with this amazing #48MP camera phone is special.  How do you like this steaming hot Red coloured  Gorilla Glass 5 back?  Launch on Monday! #Xiaomi  #48MPForEveryone". The image posted by the Xiaomi executive shows that the phone spots a red paintjob and packing dual rear cameras on the back. Additionally, it has a presence of Gorilla Glass 5 protection which has an indication that the phone will feature a glossy build. Redmi Note 7's back panel spots a rear-mounted fingerprinted sensor. 

To give a puff to upcoming Redmi Note 7S, Xiaomi has shared some camera samples of the Redmi Note 7S. There is also an image clicked in low-light conditions, which gives a hint that the smartphone will come with a dedicated night mode for low light photography. Also, there is another camera sample is seen which highlights the Portrait mode with a bokeh depth effect. It will be interesting to see what else it offers. 

Also, it is confirmed that the smartphone will be sold via Flipkart in India.
