In line with its aim to become one of India's top lifestyle brand, Realme is set to enter a new segment in India with the launch of its first ever fitness band, scheduled for March 5, 2020. The Realme band has been teased multiple times by the company in the past and is set to be launched alongside the Realme 6 line-up of smartphones during an event in New Delhi. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is leaving no stone unturned to promote the product and has updated its teaser page to reveal more features ahead of the launch.

The teaser page reveals that the Realme band will come with several sports mode including a dedicated cricket mode for the Indian users. The other features confirmed by the company include sleep quality monitoring support and smart notifications. The Realme Band is seen to come with a built-in USB port to plug and charge without wires.

The Realme band is likely to have nine different sports modes - biking, running, walking, hiking, climbing, yoga, fitness, spinning, and even cricket. The cricket mode has especially been designed for India as the sport is highly popular in the country.

The sleep quality monitor would measure deep and light sleep and will give you all the data via the paired app. Just like most fitness bands these days, the Realme band will also come with a built-in USB Direct Charge port that allows users to just plug the capsule into any adapter to charge. This means that you won't need to carry the charger or cable separately.

The band will support smart notifications that show you calls, reminders, texts, and SMS messages. It will also be IP68 water resistant. The customers will get three band colour options – Yellow, Olive Green, and Black.
