Realme 9i 5G launch: After confirming the launch date of its upcoming smartphone in India - Realme 9i 5G, global technology brand Realme has now confirmed that the upcoming Realme 9i 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset and a dazzling design. The Relame 9i 5G will be launched on August 18 during an online event.

Realme 9i 5G launch event will take place digitally on August 18 at 11:30 AM. Interested viewers can watch the live broadcast of the event on Realme’s social media channels, including YouTube and Facebook. The smartphone is likely to be priced below Rs 20,000 in India. However, this is just a speculation and we advise are readers to wait for the official announcement from the brand. 

The company, in a statement, mentioned that is bringing the Realme 9i 5G with the upgraded Dimensity 810 5G chipset, which mixes two highly capable Arm Cortex-A76 cores in its octa-core CPU operating up to a speedy 2.4GHz, providing the phone with the best performance in the segment with a 385,000+ total score of AnTuTu benchmark. 

"The Dimensity 810 5G chipset uses the leading 6nm production processor, allowing the chipset to use its high-performance processors while consuming lesser power, thereby extending battery life and keeping you connected for longer.  The Dimensity 810 also brings a powerful GPU - Arm Mali-G57 MC2 with 950MHz clock speed and supports 90Hz high refresh rate screen technology," Realme India said in a statement. 

The smartphone is confirmed to come with the Vintage CD Texture Design. "The Realme 9i 5G brings the first vintage CD design to the  industry, inspired by the trend of MET Gala 2022," the brand said. 
 As per brand, it will be packed with a “massive battery” and an AI Triple camera setup. The exact details weren’t revealed by the brand. From the glimpse, we can say that design of the device have flat sides with the power button on the right. The three cameras can be seen placed individually at the back. So far, the brand didn't reveal more specifications about this upcoming phone.
