Amazon India will begin selling Nokia 6 on August 23, 2017 and the phone has already recieved over 10 lakh registrations. 
 
Registrations for the phone on Amazon began on July 14.
 
“Nokia 6, one of the most awaited smartphones of the year, has reached a landmark milestone of over 1 million registrations on Amazon.in,” an emailed statement by the company read.
 
The phone was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress earlier this year. It will be available for purchase on Amazon India on August 23.
 
“Nokia 6 has witnessed enormous interest from its fans since the registrations opened on 14 July. The subscription growth is expected to intensify closer to the sale date of 23rd August 2017,” Amazon said.
 
The smartphone will be available in matte black and silver on Amazon.in for Rs 14,999.

The Nokia 6 has a 5.5 inch full HD screen and has a ‘smart audio amplifier’ with dual speakers and the company boasts of its ‘superior craftsmanship.’
 
“The unibody of the Nokia 6 is crafted from a single block of 6000 series aluminum and is perfect for those who want a robust phone with outstanding entertainment credentials,” Amazon said.
 
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 mobile platform and the Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphics processor.
 
The new Nokia 6 comes pre-installed with the Amazon shopping app, Kindle app and a unique Daily Deals widget which gives users easy access to personalized deals, order history, shipment updates and more.
 
“Amazon Prime members can also access tens of thousands of movies and TV shows through the pre-installed Amazon Prime Video app. All this comes tied together with a single-sign-on experience. Prime members who purchase Nokia 6 using Amazon Pay balance get Rs 1,000 back,” Amazon said.
