Nothing Ear 1 launch date in India: In a major development, the newly launched venture of OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei  -- Nothing Technologies has announced the launch date and timings of its product in the Indian market. The company will be revealing Nothing ear (1) true wireless (TWS) earbuds in the country on July 27th, 2021 at 18:30 IST.

The company took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote: "Firsts are always special. Our first product. Our first launch event. The first real chance for us to show the world what Nothing is about. #SoundOfChange arrives on 27 July. https://nothing.tech #ear1.

"On Tuesday 27 July 2021 at 18:30 IST (14:00 BST), we will be revealing the first device in our ecosystem, Nothing ear (1). Our true wireless earbuds combine raw beauty and precise engineering for a pure sound experience," the company said in a media invite.

Earlier, Nothing Technologies announced a partnership with e-commerce platform Flipkart to sell its first product in the Indian market. That means Nothing ear (1) true wireless (TWS) earbuds will be available exclusively on Flipkart.

"With decades of customer experience and robust delivery capabilities, Flipkart will play an integral role in building Nothing’s presence in India and launching its highly anticipated true wireless earbuds ear (1). Nothing’s debut product, ear (1) will combine notes of transparency, iconic form, and refined functionality," the company said.

Nothing ear (1) are expected to sport a transparent design featuring a unique form as teased by the company a few months back. Apart from these, the company is also working on a slew of other smart products, which will all interact with each other in one ecosystem.

The company showcased its Concept 1 design in March, gave an idea of how the ear (1) could look like. The Concept 1 featured a transparent body with a black pipe-shaped battery and an in-ear style canal bud. Apart from this, Nothing has also acquired Andy Rubin’s Essential and is expected to release new smartphones under the brand that will be a part of Nothing’s ecosystem.
