Customers buying the phone via debit, credit and cash will be eligible for the cashback offer, a report by Gadgets 360 said on Friday.

Google has listed Flipkart along with Snapdeal, Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, eZone, HotSpot, Poorvika and Bajaj Electronics in its 'Find Retailers' section to get the phone.

Currently priced at Rs 57,000 the 32GB variant of Google Pixel will be available for Rs 44,000 and its 128GB variant for Rs 53,000.

The Pixel XL which is priced at Rs 67,000 (32GB) and Rs 76,000 (128GB) can be purchased for Rs 54,000 and Rs 63,000, respectively.

The offer is also available on Flipkart for a flat Rs 13,000 discount for buyers who swipe their debit or credit cards.

This move comes after many retailers who have been unable to sell the Google Pixel phones in India.

The Gadgets 360 report added that many retailers were ‘stuck with unsold inventory’ of Google Pixel phones and the offer was designed to help them clear stock without officially announcing a price cut.

The Pixel and Pixel XL sports a 12.3 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash and 4K video recording intact with electronic image stabilisation.

The phone has a 5-inch full HD AMOLED display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and a 2,770 mAh battery with a standy time of up to 19 days.
