Nothing, a London-based consumer tech brand, has strengthened its after-sales services in India with the launch of its second exclusive customer service centre in the national capital. This expansion showcases that Nothing's growing consumer base is growing in India.

"Nothing is expanding its coverage of service centres from 300 to over 350 by July 2024, serving 18000+ pin codes across the country. The inauguration of the first Exclusive Customer Service Center in Bengaluru in October 2023 marked a pivotal moment for the brand, further solidifying its commitment to delivering excellence to Indian consumers," the company said in a release. 

Nothing aims to establish three additional service centers in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai by the end of 2024, with plans to further expand to 20 locations in 2025.  

Nothing recently launched the Phone (2a) and according to the company, 60,000 units of this device were sold across channels within just 60 minutes of its launch.

The Nothing Phone (2a) comes in RAM and storage variants and is priced at Rs 23,999 for 8GB + 128GB, Rs 25,999 for 8GB/256GB 12GB + 256GB and Rs 27,999 for 8GB + 256GB. There are two colour variants of the device - Black and White.

The Nothing Phone (2a) comes with a 5,000 mAh battery - the biggest in the history of the Nothing lineup. The device supports 45W fast charging. 

In terms of camera, it is equipped with a 50MP dual camera setup at the rear camera and a 32MP front camera for selfies. 

Its 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Nothing Phone (2a) carries forward the unique transparent design with a glyph interface. It runs on Nothing OS 2.5 with Android 14 out of the box.
