Lenovo-owned Motorola is all set to launch One Power smartphone in India on September 24. The company has posted a tweet from its official India Twitter account saying "Yes, it’s coming! A co-creation of Motorola + Google, the #motorolaonepower unveils on 24th September! #Areyouready?." The teaser video of 15 seconds confirms the new device as the Motorola One Power, wherein, a man is shown putting the smartphone in his back pocket.
 
Motorola has scheduled a launch event on September 24, the company has so far not sent media invites. The upcoming smartphone is the company’ second Android One handset after the Moto X4, but the new device will be the first Android One smartphone to be launched in India by the technology firm. 
 
According to TelecomTalk, Motorola One Power boasts of decent specs on board featuring 5000mAh battery, Snapdragon 636 SoC, dual rear cameras and a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display on the front. 
 
The company price for this device is awaited as Motorola is already selling a Snapdragon 630 SoC device at Rs 22,499 in India, said the report, but expects the price to go beyond Rs 25,000. Last month, the new Motorola phone was launched at the IFA 2018 event.

The Motorola One Power reportedly flaunts a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels and 18.7:9 ratio aspect ratio. Measuring 8.4mm in thickness and with a glass back, the new device will reportedly sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset, clubbed with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. Through a microSD card slot, storage can be expanded up to 256GB.

Motorola has reportedly confirmed that the device would receive Android 9 Pie update in the near future. The new phone will also flaunt dual cameras of a 16MP primary sensor on the rear with f/1.8 aperture, 1.12µm and PDAF, along with a secondary 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Motorola has also added a 12MP front-facing camera, the report said.
