The pace of smartphone market in India continues to remain fast. Many companies have prepped up their new launches in order to lure customers with the latest one being Motorola who is expected to introduce Moto G6 Plus soon. The latest Moto G6 Plus will come as a successor to the Moto G5 Plus. When launched the phone is expected to compete against Chinese smartphone maker Oppo's models namely Oppo F7 which comes in two variants. Let's understand the upcoming Moto G6 Plus and how it stacks up against Oppo F7.

Moto G6 Plus

According to NDTV Gadgets360 report, the phone is rumoured to come with a 5.93-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. It will be powered by octa-core Snapdragon 630 processor and come with 6GB of RAM.

Reportedly packed with  64GB of internal storage, the phone features 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

It is expected to run on  Android 8.0 Oreo and be powered by a 3200mAh.

As per MySmartPrice report, the phone will be priced at Rs 16,999 in Indian market. 

Oppo F7

Oppo F7 which made its market debut last month here, is available for sale in both offline and online stores like Amazon and Flipkart. 

There are two variant in Oppo F7, the one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is priced at Rs 21,990, while the another one having 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage is available at Rs 26,990 in the market. 

Both the phones are available in colors like solar red, moonlight silver and diamond black. 

The phones come with a 15.82cm (6.23) FHD plus all-encompassing screen that stimulates your senses across all your everyday mobile phone experiences. With it’s best-in-class 88% screen and 19:9 aspect ratios, the F7 gives you an impressive 16% bigger view. 

They support  16-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and AI scene recognition features, and in a major good news, bears 25 megapixel AI beauty selfie - which captures the very essence of you by using AI Beauty and Sensor HDR technologies. The phones utilize a typical battery value of 3400 mAh. 

Both F7 and F7 128GB use MTK P60 processor. The Octa cores refer to four A73 core and A53 core. The dual AI cores refer to two AI Processing units which is exclusive MTK P60. 

Overall performance of Oppo F7 represents 80% improvement over the F5.
