In simple words, if you have a table on books and you want to calculate on the same table then you have to enter all the details of the table first and create it step by step.

But now with this update, the user will just have to click the picture of the table and open that picture in the app through which the table details will be displayed on to an excel sheet. To boost the Excel features Microsoft uses AI for its users.

As per a report by The Verge, this feature is rolling out initially in the Android Excel app, and after that, it will make its way to the iOS users.

Microsoft is using artificial intelligence, with a feature of image recognition so that Excel users don’t have to manually input hardcopy data, to implement this feature. This feature will be available to Microsoft 365 users.

The report also says that Microsoft is also bringing Microsoft Account security alerts to the company’s Authenticator app.

These account security alerts work for personal accounts such as Outlook.com. It also includes notifications for when an account password is changed or other security-related account activity.

These alerts are available immediately as part of Microsoft Authenticator for both iOS and Android users.
