Amazon will soon allow students, homemakers and workers in India to use their free time for delivering its products to consumers and earn money. The e-commerce company is set to bring its new initiative 'Amazon Flex' to India. This will create part-time job opportunities for thousands of people across the country.

Amazon Flex will allow workers to work part-time job with flexible working hours and be their your own boss. In return, the e-commerce site will be able to increase the speed of delivery of its goods manifold. 
 
"Be your own boss, set your own schedule and have more time to pursue your goals and dreams. Become an Amazon Flex partner and put the power of Amazon behind you", Amazon India News tweeted.
Under the new initiative, part-time workers will have to give their four hours a day and earn Rs 120-Rs 140 per hour by delivering packages. The part-time delivery workers will be paid on every Wednesday, according to their whole week working hours. 

Delivery partners will have to download the Amazon Flex app, set their delivery schedule,  pick up the package and deliver on the drop location within the delivery time. The app will show the worker's earning after each delivery.  

Amazon Flex is another initiative of the e-commerce giant after fast service for Prime members of Amazon. Prime offers users free delivery within 24 hours and within two days of booking for most of the products and two-hour delivery service for groceries items. 

Amazon Flex has already been launched in North America, Germany, Spain, Japan, Singapore, and United Kingdom before launching in India.
