Poco, which had split off from Xiaomi earlier this year to establish itself as an independent brand, has launched its new ‘Made in India’ smartphone in the country – Poco M2 Pro. The smartphone comes with a quad rear camera setup, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G chipset and a 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone will compete against Realme 6, Redmi Note 9 Pro and Samsung Galaxy M31, among other devices.

During the launch, the company consistently underlined the fact that all its smartphones are Made in India. It said that Poco was launched from Delhi, India and even its first smartphone was launched in the country. 

Poco M2 Pro price in India

Poco M2 Pro comes in three variants. The base model which comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage has been priced at Rs 13,999 while the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant would cost you Rs 14,999. The top-end model which comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 16,999. The first sale will take place on July 14, 12 noon on Flipkart.

Poco M2 Pro features

The Poco M2 Pro Icomes with a 6.7-inch full HD+ display with 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a side mounted fingerprint scanner and has been launched in three colours, Black, Green, and Blue. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor. 

Poco M2 Pro comes with four rear camera. It has a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP macro sensor and 2MP depth sensor. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The front camera on the phone also has a night mode.

Poco M2 Pro packs a 5000 mAh battery which comes with support for 33W fast charger.
