Jabra on Monday expanded its personal audio portfolio with the launch of Jabra Elite 85t – an Active Noise Cancellation-enabled pair of TWS earphones that also have support for Wireless Charging. It is touted to be Jabra’s most advanced and powerful ANC technology. The earbuds succeed this year’s Jabra Elite 75t and come with several upgrades including bigger drivers.

Jabra Elite 85t will be available in Titanium Black colour on Amazon starting December 01, 2020 at Rs 18,999. Another colour variant will be available from January 2021. 

Jabra Elite 85t specifications 

The earbuds come in a compact factor and with what company is calling oval silicon EarGels for a secure seal and comfortable fit. They use a 6-microphone call technology and wind protection for superior calls. For ANC, the earbuds use mics on the inside and the outside. There will be an option to adjust the ANC level with an additional HearThrough Mode that allows ambient sound. 

The Jabra Elite 85T features a 12mm audio driver inside a semi-open design and offers 5.5 hours of listening with ANC on, extendable up to 25 hours with the charging case with ANC on and 31 hours with ANC off. The Jabra Elite 85T has IPX4 rating and comes with a 2-year warranty for dust and water damage. The earbuds also support wireless charging. They are compatible with all Qi-certified chargers. 

The earbuds are compatible with the Jabra Sound+ App which is claimed to make your music sound even better. The earbuds also have support for voice assistants Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant. The app offers ‘MyControls’ to define button settings and Jabra MySound for individualized sound.
