The Chinese smartphone maker Huawei is not willing to go slow in its efforts to strengthen its foothold in Indian market. The company, after the successful launch of Honor 9N, will now be introducing another masterpiece under the flagship brand Honor. The e-commerce portal Amazon has launched a page where it has revealed that Huawei will be launching Honor Play on August 6. The online shopping service provider has even asked users to register for the upcoming phone with a ‘Notify Me’ option.

Honor Play is powered by Kirin 970 which is built through the 10nm process technology and integrates 5.5 billion transistors. The phone ensures ultra-fast connection, intelligent computing capability and long battery life, as per Amazon site. 

Further, it mentions that, whether you are clicking an image, watching a movie, doing face unlock or even taking a call - the Honor Play’s chipset with independent AI NPU is there to assist you. 

According to MySmartPrice.com, Honor Play will flaunt a big notched 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, the Honor Play is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 chipset and 4GB of RAM. The device is equipped with a 16MP front shooter and dual 16+2MP primary camera.

Going ahead, the device will be based on Android 8.1 Oreo, backed by a 3,750mAh battery. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint reader and the device packs 64GB of expandable internal storage space.

The technology news agency expects Honor Play to be launch at Rs 20,999.
