India Mobile Congress 2022: India Mobile Congress, the largest digital technology forum in Asia, is set to start from October 1 (Saturday). IMC 2022 is scheduled on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th October, 2022 and will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. IMC 2022 jointly organized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI). The sixth edition of the IMC that will take place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The major highlight of this year's IMC is going to be the likely rollout of 5G services, to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event is likely to begin from 9:30 AM from Saturday. India Mobile Congress took to micro-blogging site on Twitter: "It is India’s century, we are better together, and the role of technology is immense in this sphere, as it brings a billion voices together and strengthens our resolve for self-reliance. Join us at Pragati Maidan on October 01 – 04, 2022 to Hear, See & know more."

According to the information available on the website, IMC has, since its inception, established itself as a leading forum for bringing together industry, government, academia, and other ecosystem players to discuss. deliberate, demonstrate and display the latest in the world of TMT and ICT. Not only is the India Mobile Congress the biggest technology event in Asia, it is also the biggest networking event in India in the technology space.

Telecom operator Vodafone Idea (Vi) also shared the invitation on Twitter. "Vi has partnered with OnePlus to drive the 5G device ecosystem in India. The partnership announcement has come ahead of India Mobile Congress 2022, which will take place from Oct 1-4, in New Delhi. At the event, Vi has planned exciting experiences for OnePlus users. #IMC2022"
