Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has finally launched Nova 4 with a punch hole display at an event in China today. Just like the recently announced Samsung Galaxy A8s, the Nova 4 will also not have a notch instead it would have the front camera punched into the display itself.

The smartphone comes with a 6.41-inch Full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2310 pixel resolution and has an 86.3% screen-to-body ratio. It also comes with three colour options like white, red and blue.

Nova 4 is powered by octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 970 chipset which is paired with Mali-G72 GPU. The device also comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The external memory is not expandable. A fingerprint sensor is also placed at the rear side of the phone.

The device is likely to come pre-loaded with Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9 custom skin out of the box. The connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, and USB Type-C port.

The device is priced at 3,099 Yuan which is approximately Rs 33,000 in India, while the Nova 4 with a 48-megapixel sensor is rated at Yuan 3,399, approx. Rs 36,000 in India. The customers can pre-order Nova 4 from December 17 and it will go on sale from December 27th.
