The HTC U11 specifications include a 5.5 inch Quad HD Super LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It features a 2.45GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC processor and runs of the latest Android 7.1 Nougat.

It comes in two variants, ie one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory and the other with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. According to a recent leak, India will be getting only the 6GB/128GB variant.

However, it offers a storage expansion up to 2TB via microSD card slot.

As per the camera, the HTC U11 sports a 12 megapixel rear camera with 1.4 micron pixel, auto-focus f/1.7 aperture and supports 4K recording. It's front camera has a 16 megapixel camera with BSI sensor, full HD recording. The front camera has a selfie panorama too.

In terms of the battery it has a 3000mAh battery that offers 24.5 hours of talk time and 14 days of standby time. It also supports Quick Charge 3.0 support.

The HTC U11 is also IP67 water and dust resistant and has a Hi-Res audio certified.

However, the main highlight is the Edge Sense which lets you launch any application by squeezing the metal edges of the smartphone. You can customise it to open your emails or your favorite app or games.

It works while wearing gloves as well and is based on actual pressure applied to the side of the device.
